A packed itinerary has been detailed below with authentic Italian experiences, unforgettable tastings, informative guided tours, delicious wines, and the opportunity to test the world’s finest cars. Day 1: Milan to Parma via Piacenza

An unforgettable first taste of Italy at an artisanal butcher's shop for an exclusive “behind closed doors” experience. After, we will embark on an architectural tour, exploring the scenic medieval castle of Castell’Arquato, and unwind at a wine tasting in a medieval tavern. We will finish with traditional, homemade dinner of world-class Parma specialties.

Day 2: Parma hills, “the food valley”

Discover the technique behind the famous Parmigiano Reggiano and visit a traditional producer of the world-famous Prosciutto di Parma. The last tasting stop is a renowned vineyard where you’ll enjoy a selection of local Malvasia and Chardonnay DOC wines. After a scenic walk to the medieval fortress of Torrechiara, we’ll have dinner will be in a family-run restaurant.

Day 3: Modena & Ferrari, the beating red heart of Italy

An adventure to "the red heart of Italy," Modena, home not just of Aceto Balsamico di Modena, but also the most famous name in motorsport, Ferrari. After visiting the Enzo Ferrari Museum, we’ll eat at a traditional restaurant famous for delicious fresh pasta, dressed with a creative touch of another regional specialty, Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale of Modena.

Day 4: From Parma to Barolo via the “Wine cathedrals” of Canelli

Start your day at the renowned Piemonte wine region, best known for its Barolo and Barbaresco wines. Our first stop is at the famous “wine cathedrals" of Canelli, creators of the first Italian sparkling wine, with guided visit to its spectacular underground cellars and tasting of their premium bubbly. After lunch, we will reach the medieval village of Monforte to admire the picturesque architecture, seat of the Cathar heresy movement in the 13th century at the heart of the Barolo wine region.

Day 5: Barolo & Barbaresco MasterclasS IN RED WINES

The day will start in the small town of Barolo for a “Master Class in Red Wines" starting from a visit to the stimulating “Wine Museum" in Barolo Castle or UNESCO-listed Grinzane Cavour castle and continuing with the visit the best wine makers to discover the secrets and traditions. Admire the scenic hills from the top of a medieval watchtower and sample some last glasses in a very special “temple” of wine-making. Purchase premium collectible wines which can be shipped directly to your wine locker!

Day 6: Bra and Cherasco: cheese & chocolate

Home of the world-famous Slow Food Association, Bra hosts an international festival every September, where we will take a "Masterclass in Cheese" and lunch with a traditional cheesemonger. Next, we’ll drive to the baroque town of Cherasco, made famous by the peace treaty signed by Napoleon and the Savoy royal family, for an exclusive “Chocolate Experience" to discover his secrets and unique techniques.

Day 7: Turin historic & artistic wonders, then Milan

On Day 7, we head to the capital of the Piemonte region, Torino, home of the Fiat motor company. After exploring the biggest open-air food market in Europe, we’ll start a guided tour of the historical centre of Torino. See the Roman monuments to the UNESCO World Heritage masterpieces of Baroque architecture in what was the first capital of Italy and the host city of the 2006 Winter Olympics in the foothills of the Alps.

Pricing + BOOKING CONDITIONS

This experience is $3,800 per person and limited to 6 participants. Once all 6 spots have been filled, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be requested. The balance shall be settled 8 weeks before the beginning of the journey. The deposit can be transferred to another additional participant if necessary.
