SINATRA PARTY 101
CELEBRATE A LEGEND
CELEBRATE A LEGEND
Every Club should host an amazing holiday party to close out the year. Frank Sinatra’s birthday of the 12th of December provided the perfect inspiration for a celebration that keeps getting bigger and better each year.
The party is traditionally hosted on December 12th every year, regardless of which day of the week it falls on. This year we'll break our own rule and go with Saturday the 17th. Happy belated, Frank!
It goes without saying that our Sinatra party has a Sinatra impersonator; past parties have included impersonators of Dean Martin and Sammy Davis, Jr. We've also hosted the legendary Big Bad Voodoo Daddy (pictured above), of Swingers fame and the 1999 Super Bowl halftime show. This year's act is yet to be announced.
Frank Sinatra was literally buried with a bottle of Jack Daniels. While we don’t sell the world’s best selling whiskey 364 days a year, it would be disrespectful not to serve it on his birthday (we happen to serve it alongside Gentleman’s Jack and Jack Daniels Sinatra Select). As food & beverages go, there is something for everyone: Champagne, wine, Port, Sauternes, beer, cocktails, and whiskey paired with small appetizers, freshly shucked oysters, foie gras, amazing cheeses, truffles, sweet desserts, and, of course, a birthday cake. And to top it off, enjoy a Nat Sherman cigar. The only bad decision you can make is trying to try it all.
Creating a party for 300 members & guests is not nearly as hard as picking the Best Dressed each year. With virtually all attendees dressed up for the night in black tie or ‘50s/‘60s period garb, there is no other night of they year where both the Club and its membership looks better.
The party usually sells out at least a month out. Three hundred tickets are available. $200/person. Members may purchase up to 2 tickets; no exceptions.
