In this fun and engaging workshop, you'll learn how to be more present in the moment, so you feel less stressed, more relaxed, and more alive. We'll talk about self-care, you'll practice having mindful conversations, and learn other skills you can use immediately. You'll gain self-awareness, and you'll feel more calm and empowered!
