Valentine's Day Prefix Dinner

This year for Valentine’s Day, we will be offering a special prefix menu from Chef Brian Moll for $115/person. We will be taking reservations in the Member Lounge as well as additional seating in the 11th Floor Penthouse. Reservations can be made by emailing

For those not wanting to partake in the Valentine’s Day menu, then we will be offering a limited menu for that evening.

Member Liaison, Lauren Magboo, will be hosting the communal table in the Bond Room for any members (single or attached) who would prefer a more interactive Valentine’s experience . Please email if you would like to join her reservation.

The prefix menu will include a complimentary glass of Perrier Jouet grand brut and there will be an optional wine pairing option (TBA).

Valentine’s Day Menu

Fresh shucked oyster on the half shell with pickled celery, caviar, dill crema

First Course
Organic baby arugula salad, port glazed figs, avocado, toasted pine nuts, vanilla-balsamic vinaigrette, queso fresco

Second Course
Shrimp Bombay with chili marinated watermelon, fresh basil, curry pumpkin seeds, pomegranate

Main Course
Lands End: Petite filet Oscar with Dungeness crab, Béarnaise, grilled asparagus, sweet potato hash

Ghirardelli chocolate dipped strawberries and Grand Marnier truffles
