14-Course Omakase Dinner

A Chef's choice 14-course tasting menu focusing on sushi and small plates, created by the Trifecta Cooks. 

“Trifecta” describes the partnership of Lai Chao, Ryan Gallego, and Jason Artajos, whom after their time at Morimoto Napa developed a shared passion for Japanese cuisine and look to perfect their craft. Their  dishes are an ode to the simplicity in traditional Japanese cuisine with a new age complexity.
