For those of you who love fish eggs and are truly egg heads, this is the perfect class to explore the history and science of caviar, a brief review on what makes a beautiful bead, and of course eat some delicious food. We will cover history and species designation as we nosh on three different varieties of caviar, drink Carbonadi vodka, and explore why vodka and caviar have traveled down history together.
