While we slowly get closer to truffle season (and our upcoming partnerships with the Napa Valley Truffle Festival----Stay tuned) I thought it might be time for 14 of you that are interested in mushrooms and mycology to meet, eat, and chat with a Bay Area Mycological legend David Campbell and his chef Julie Schreiber. On November 29th we welcome the head of the Sonoma Mycological Society as he teaches us about over 20 different mushrooms and their place on your dinner table as well as their effects on your brain. I'll be posting a bit more about David and Julie over the coming weeks so stay tuned for what makes this duo so awesome and respected in the food and science communities.
The event includes a tasting as well as a plethora of small bites from Chef Brian and Chef Julie not to mention a Wingtip Original cocktail.
General event information is below and you can of course contact Lauren Magboo at firstname.lastname@example.org to book tickets.
