Spring Cheesemaking: Ricotta, Feta, and Wine 

The Sonoma and Marin hills are emerald green and the baby goats are prancing. To celebrate the season's bounty, "It's Not You, It's Brie" author and cheesemaking instructor Kirstin Jackson comes to Wingtip for a private beginning cheesemaking/tasting class. You'll not only learn how to make your own fluffy ricotta from lively spring goat's and cow's milk, but rich feta that rivals Greek's best. We'll top off the 3-hour hands-on class with a tasting of feta and ricotta paired to wine, and you'll have fresh cheese to take home! 

Admission: $180/person - includes instruction, tasting, wine pairing and take-home cheese!
