Attendees will taste through a selection of charcuterie (including Jamon Iberico Bellota and Mangalitza Coppa), a few wine pairings by Aaron Patrick and finish the class learning how to make a beautiful country pate. Maker’s Common slated to open this spring 2017 in Berkeley.
