"The Pig in the Penny Loafers” Presented by Maker’s Common

Eric Miller knows meat.  He knows how to cut it, cook it, and cure it.  Join Wingtip and Eric Miller of Maker’s Common for an educational tasting/hands on class to celebrate the incredible edible piggy. 

Attendees will taste through a selection of charcuterie (including Jamon Iberico Bellota and Mangalitza Coppa), a few wine pairings by Aaron Patrick and finish the class learning how to make a beautiful country pate. Maker’s Common slated to open this spring 2017 in Berkeley.
